When you use DressageTunes, you may provide us with:

- Profile information: country, horse details (name, type, level, BPM values).
- Order information: video links, choreography notes, track selections, payment details.
- Licensing preferences: competition country, competition level (local/national/CDI).
- Communications: messages you send to our support team.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you access our service, we automatically collect:
- Device information: browser type, operating system, device type.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, tracks browsed, time spent.
- Log data: IP address (used for country auto-detection), access times, referring URLs.
1.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from them. We do not receive or store your social media passwords.

3. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate DressageTunes:
3.1 Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase for user authentication and database storage. Firebase is operated by Google and complies with GDPR. Firebase Privacy Policy
3.2 Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, we never see or store your full card number. Stripe Privacy Policy
3.3 Airtable
We use Airtable to manage our track library, licensing data, and order information. Airtable Privacy Policy
3.4 Netlify
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify Privacy Policy
3.5 Cloudflare
We use Cloudflare for DNS and certain infrastructure services. Cloudflare may receive IP addresses for the purpose of providing these services. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
3.6 ClicknClear (reference only)
We may recommend ClicknClear for music licensing. If you use their service, you are subject to their privacy policy. We do not share your data with ClicknClear. ClicknClear Privacy Policy
3.7 Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2YGG9CWKZ9) to understand how visitors interact with our website and app. We configure GA4 with IP anonymization enabled and we do not use it for cross-site advertising or remarketing. Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve the service.

4.1 Essential cookies
We use essential cookies to:
- Keep you signed in to your account.
- Remember your preferences (country, selected horse, filters).
- Enable secure payment processing.
- Store your licensing guide preferences.

Google Analytics sets cookies (e.g. _ga, _gid) to distinguish users for the purposes described in section 3.7. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information.

Note: choreography videos are automatically deleted 30 days after your Custom Edit is delivered. We recommend downloading your edit files promptly.

- Rectification: correct inaccurate personal data.
- Erasure: delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
- Restriction: limit how we process your data.

We implement appropriate security measures including:

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residence, including the United States (where some of our service providers are located):
- Firebase (Google): US-based, certified under EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Stripe: US-based, certified under EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Airtable: US-based, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in place.
- Netlify: US-based, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in place.
- Google Analytics: US-based, certified under EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
These transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or other appropriate safeguards approved by the European Commission. Your data receives equivalent protection regardless of where it is processed.
9. Children's privacy
Age requirement: you must be at least 13 years old to create an account on DressageTunes. This requirement ensures compliance with COPPA (US) and GDPR (EU) regulations regarding children's data.
Under 13: children under 13 cannot create accounts or use features that involve data collection directly. However, a parent or guardian may:
- Create an account on behalf of their child.
- Supervise the child's use of the service.
- Search and select music for their child's pony or horse freestyle.
Parental oversight: all users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent and supervision. The parent or guardian account holder is responsible for all activity.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have collected such information without consent, please contact us immediately at info@dressagetunes.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Marketing communications
We will only send marketing emails if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time by:
- Clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
- Updating your preferences in account settings.

We will always send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, edit delivery notifications) regardless of marketing preferences.
